Daniel Smith Extra Fine Watercolours 12 Half Pan Set
The set of 12 watercolours includes split (cool & warm) primaries, a gorgeous secondary green, and four earth tones in a convenient, sturdy metal box – ready for the studio, coffee shop, or on-the-go trips to anywhere!
The lid has four large paint-mixing wells and the fold-out section has eight smaller wells. The center section is removable and beneath it are seven more mixing wells. The inside is painted with white enamel for easy clean-up with a soft cloth or paper towel. There is space between the 2 rows of half pans to keep your favourite small brush. The finger ring on the underside keeps the box steady in the palm of your hand while painting. A waterproof acetate colour map is included inside.
Our half pans are always hand-poured, following the DANIEL SMITH tradition of manufacturing the finest handcrafted paints and products. Hand pouring is highly labour-intensive, but it offers the purest form of professional, artist-quality watercolours that rewet quickly and easily with a damp brush.
